SSBIOPHARM pays great attention to training, improving knowledge and promoting the capacity of each employee in the Company. Depending on each position, nature of work, capacity and aspirations of each employee, the Company will have a suitable training plan to improve qualifications and skills for each job position: 1. Company training: – On-site training: Newly recruited employees (new employees) training content includes dissemination of the Company’s regulations, policies and professional instructions. For those who change job positions, training content includes professional guidance and regulations in the new job position. – Periodic internal training: Every year, SSBIOPHARM organizes corporate culture training and product knowledge testing. 2. External training: The Company encourages employees to proactively search for courses, majors, and programs and to proactively arrange their time to best suit their needs and the Board of Directors’ requirements. Depending on the specific content and training program for each position, the Board of Directors will decide the level of tuition support for each specific case.
